It is going on my 2nd month and they say they reimbursed me but didn't. They also are taking alot longer on older claims than new ones that they aren't even reimbursing when they say they did. I don't understand when they have all the appropriate paper work. I think they want you to make more premium payments before they actually pay you. Just my thought lol. Not facts. They need to speed up the process because that is very inconvenient. If I would have known I would not have signed up. Im going to give a little longer though and see

MetLife Pet Insurance has met all of our needs in regard to reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses for our pet. When I've had to call them to make inquiries, their staff has always conducted themselves in a friendly, professional manner and they have always resolved any concerns that I have. I am extremely pleased with their pet coverage.

Trupanion is amazing
Trupanion isamazing! I've had my dog covered for 10 years now, and he recently had to have major surgery. Trupanion reimbursed us within 48 hours! They also followed up to say that they could have paid the vet instead of us having the out-of-pocket expense. The customer service at Trupanion is amazing. I highly recommend them!
