Should review your claims beter
My girl had a left front amp due to an Osteosarcoma diagnosis. About a month later, she pulled a muscle in her back. Those claims were denied due to her being an amp. I am going to appeal them, but Im at the point where, every claim I submit, is it going to be denied because you tie it back to her amputation? It seems as if this is an issue with you guys. My other dogs have ASPCA. No BS, they pay their claims with no games.

Bloat surgery
My standard poodle experienced bloat symptoms and was confirmed by an emergency hospital. He had to go into surgery immediately to save his life. It was on a weekend so I thought I had to call Pets best for pre-approval. I'm glad I didn't have to have pre-approval even though the office was closed. Filing the claims was easy and Pets best paid accordingly by the policy. I would highly recommend Pets best for your fur babies.

Pets Best is the BEST!
I have multiple policies & claims so unsure which one this feedback is referring. That being said, the claims processing process is easy, rapid & when there are questions that may result in an appeal process, once again, the claims department is outstanding. I only hope that with rapid growth, Pets Bests claims processing is able to keep up and continue their absolutely stellar service. I'm a happy Pets Best customer likely one of the first when Pets Best started doing business in NV!

Jacksons tail
Jackson is doing much better, his tail is healing, the vet will be xraying it one last time tomorrow to be sure its healed. So far it's looking great and we appreciate the prompt insurance reimbursement. As does Jackson because he knows he gets a treat! Thank you!

Very Happy I Have Nationwide Pet Insurance
The plan I have w/ Nationwide is a bit pricey, but I am happy I have it. It is the only plan I found that includes wellness care. I have the Vitus Vet app on my phone & I can submit claims right through that- very easy! A day or 2 later I receive an e-mail from Nationwide, indicating that they received the claim. So I am always informed & can check the status on line. My dog is turning 5 soon, so who knows what care he will need down the road.
