I picked a great Insurance for my baby
Trupanion, is a great pet insurance and I would highly recommend this insurance to anyone and while I was at the UF vets I did recommend your Company to a person that did not realize there was such a thing as pet insurance !! You are the best!
This insurance for my pup has been a Godsend. The process is easy and quick and you can even pick your own deductible amount too. I feel so much better having the coverage because you just never know what is going to happen. Trupanion customer service is excellent and they explain any questions you have. Such a simple process!
I submitted a claim for my dogs TPLO surgery. The process was super easy. I took a picture of the invoice with my phone and the claim was approved within a couple days.

Fast and easy claim processing
I appreciate the expedient processing of all the claims we submitted for Winston. I thought it was going to take much longer and was surprised how fast they all were resolved. I also appreciate the app UI being so user friendly and intuitive. I’d recommend making the T&C’s process a bit easier and pushing user back into, or keeping them, in app. Additionally, seeing claim status in app vs. pushing user to website would be beneficial. The setting up of a payment account wasn’t too horrible but a more user friendly option would be more beneficial to the customer.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is wonderful all around.
Buying pet insurance turned out to be very smart as my young Labrador has elbow joint problems and required surgery. My Healthy Paws pet insurance company has been easy to work with, cooperative, and helpful the whole time. I love using their very automated website where I can upload my scanned invoices, receive emails confirming receipt and payment, and have their payments automatically sent to my checking account. My monthly premium is also automated. My policy coverage has worked out well for me where office exams are not covered but the big items are at 80%. I highly recommend them.
