Kelsey was absolutely incredible. Any time I have called into Trupanion, the representatives are just so caring and definitely do their best to make you feel better. My dog is my everything and after speaking with Kelsey about how Trupanion could help with the emergency vet bill I had, I was much, much more at ease. I would highly recommend them anyone.
