Grateful to Trupanion!
I would and will highly recommend Trupanion to my doggy friends. My Black Lab, Bran has been part of the Trupanion family for 10 years now. Bran has puritis because he is allergic to grass and every spring until fall, he is so uncomfortable with itching. He loves to roll in grass which really compounds his problems. Our vet put him on special meds which help him immensely. Trupanion has stepped up to the plate with helping out with the costs. This is done in a friendly and prompt manner. I am grateful to Trupanion and the way that they handle the claims. Thank you!

Great service but expensive
Good customer service, but product is expensive with many reasons to lower claims. I would recommend self insurance to friends. Too late for me to start for Buck.

River Valley Vet clinic visit
Our most recent visit to the Vet, happened on a Monday, we were reimbursed on Friday. I didn't know the clinic had filed for us. I had planned to email Trupanion on Saturday, to get reimbursed the following week. Very nice surprise to get our money that quickly.

Trupanion's service was excellent from the beginning of my claim to depositing the funds in my account. My 8 yr old little poodle had a medical emergency which took numerous tests, medications and several trips to our veterinarian. Needless to say my vet bills were very large and I submitted a claim to Trupanion which they took care of quickly and efficiently, after my deductible I was covered for 90% of my claim. That was a huge blessing and I'm very thankful I have had pet insurance on my little Cocoa since she was a puppy. Thank you Trupanion.
