Excellent service from Nationwide
I’ve had other pet insurance policies and the service was horrible. Claims were regularly denied. Nationwide was very clear on their payment and followed exactly how their coverage documents explained the coverage. I wholeheartedly recommend Nationwide’s Pet Insurance.

Happy about the coverage, could be happier w the process
I'm happy with the coverage. I didn't fully understand how to get my claim started, but that could be because the name of my pet had a misspelling (my fault). I'm happy to get reimbursed. Thank you

Easy to manage/overall great/customer care needs work.
We have two young dogs on health insurance. The top-tiered level & overall the ease of claims/submission etc has been very easy & I have recommended to others. I was initially lead to this company by our vet. Had a very bad experience with talking to customer care 2x last year, & so that would be my only negative thus far. Agent was not clear & a bit sneaky, twisted words around, & one of our plans was compromised coverage-wise. We appealed (calls were recorded) and only 1/2 of it was resolved. Was very disappointed in the way the issue was handled. I am a very honest person & pet owner & was so taken back by the experience, & the way the agent proceeded to put pre-existing conditions on her plan without full disclosure & DID NOT TELL me on the call. It was handled very unprofessionally & upon speaking to an agent in the recent future, they actually agreed that the agent was not honest & did not handle the call appropriately. All in all though- the ins and outs of the insurance process is great & I have kept them on their plans because of this. It has helped us overall, undoubtedly. Very easy to submit claims on the app & the process is quick overall.

Excellent service!!
My fur baby had an emergency procedure. I submitted my dr bills, which was very easy. I was told I would receive my check in 30 days and it arrived in 10 days! Excellent service!!!

The best thing I did for my service dog.
I have a $25,000 dollar service dog as I am 100% disabled combat veteran. Boots was trained for my disability in South West Washington State and then donated to me. With 500 hrs of training and me training 160 hrs with Boots I felt she needed the best insurance possible. After looking at different insurances I decided Nationwide was the best and I have never been dissatisfied. Doug Grell

Relief knowing Trupanion is there
I am so thankful to know that we have trupanion for our pups. We have moved quite a few times and it is always so easy to update our information. They are SO helpful and kind seven we call. So thankful and relieved to know we can do whatever our fur baby needs with the help of Trupanion.
