BAD customer service
Poor customer service, poor response when disagree with claim or an appeal. And left unfinished a portion of the appeal. NEVER communicated to the owner ONLY the vets office . Changes the deductible process without grandfathering people already with a policy. Horrible customer service because you cannot ever talk with the same representative. The sad part is that CVTs review the appeal and not a veterinarian. They have paid claims going forward with less complicated however an old appeal remains.

Excellent turn around time!
Very easy to put in the claim. They contacted me immediately to let me know they received it. I heard from them within a week to let me know it was completed and I received my check in the mail a couple days later! Very efficient!
