worth every penny!
Although my dogs monthly insurance premium costs more than my own, it’s still very worth it. The team is easy to work with and very fair and upfront about costs and coverage. Having my puppy insured gives me peace of mind and that’s worth the price!

Wonderful company
I've had to use my Embrace pet insurance several times for my older dog Benny. Each time, I was reimbursed promptly with no questions asked. It's a huge comfort knowing that I have coverage for my dear dogs. Several months ago, Benny lost the use of his back legs. I was in a panic. The emergency vet hospital diagnosed disc compression, and said that surgery may be needed. I was able to get pre-authorized with Embrace prior to any surgery, which absolutely amazed me. The vet specialist estimated the high and low cost of the procedure, and Embrace approved me for the higher amount. Thank God we didn't need the surgery after all. We chose a conservative treatment approach, and it worked. Benny is back on his feet. I'm just so grateful I have Embrace to lean on in times like this.

Embrace was great and easy to work with. Their claims handling was fair, upfront, and quick. I do wish that the claim filing process was more streamlined - as it stands right now, you have to have the vets office file claims. My vet office forgot a couple times. It would be easier and more efficient for me if I could send the paperwork myself.

I Have been with Embrace for roughly 5 years. They do an average to a very good job in reimbursing you. Heart Worm Pills, Check Ups etc Show Embrace to be Excellent in giving you money back.Unexpected things like Surgery or Dog bites and other injury's to my dog they are pretty good too. You Must Be Aware Of Your Deductible however. Mine was $1,000 deductible of which Embrace Will not cover anything outside of routine exams. Once your deductible is met, Embrace will cover 70% of all dog problems for the rest of that year you are in. YOU MUST ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS.

Embrace Pet Insurance
So far so good, had my Buddy's teeth cleaned as well as had a a full blood work up in February and embrace covered their part with no problems.. I had to pay up front which might be difficult for some, but got my check within the month.. So far I've been happy with them..
