I chose 10 because the associate answered all my questions and suggested a pre approval so that there would not be surprises when it came to assessing my pets coverage for her dental injury.

I chose 10 because the associate answered all my questions and suggested a pre approval so that there would not be surprises when it came to assessing my pets coverage for her dental injury. I was sent back a reply after submitting my preapproval within 24 hours (much faster than I anticipated). Our procedure appointment is in 2 weeks and I hope that claim submission and response for approval/payment is just as smooth as the pre approval.

Love Trupanion

Trapanion is always there for my pet. My Vet just sumitts the bill and Trupanion pays right away. With a pet that has major health issues, I don't know what I would do without Trupanion. Thank you Trupanion!
