Good Pet Insurance. Easy claim filing and quick returns. Vet line is helpful. Only drawback was the 75.00 a month rate increase this year. That was quite excessive.

Would not recommend this company
I would never recommend this company to a friend or family. When submitting a claim they sit on it until you call several times over a 2 month period. Then they deny a claim because of a preexisting condition which my dog never had. I had a policy paid in full for the year and had my dog to a vet 3x in the last 5 years. Don’t walk but run from this company. When and if you would need them they wouldn’t pay up

My dog suffered from a reaction to sutures from his neuter and gastropexy and had to see the vet for wound care. This was not covered. I did not understand that finding. It seems as though more things used to be covered when I first got insurance for my other dogs 15 years ago.
