Trupanion gives me confidence .
Claims are always handled fairly and in a timely manner. I am very glaad to have this coverage..even though i don' t have to use it often. I know they are always there for me and that i can give my dog all the medical treatment she needs. I highlfy recommend them to all my friends (and all my friends have pets!) They are always amazed at the outcome of vet visits when there is a problem. I will difinitely take it for my next dog too.

Since the vet who had the Trupanion sign up sheets on his desk did NOT advise me to get the insurance BEFORE I had my new dog examined many of the items the vet found were not and would NEVER be covered due to the primary exam BEFORE insurance.
Since the vet who had the Trupanion sign up sheets on his desk, did NOT advise me to get the insurance BEFORE I had my new dog examined, many of the items the vet found were not and would NEVER be covered due to the primary exam BEFORE insurance. Since then, my dog has had similar/same additional issues, and they of course are NOT covered. Insurance seems unusable.
