I’ve had Spot Insurance for my two rescue dogs for some time and this was the first time I’ve needed to use it. The process was fairly straightforward and easy. As long as my rates aren’t jacked up (or worse, I’m dropped) now that I’ve made a claim, I’d rate the service as excellent.
