Nationwide Pet Ins; Excellent & Trustworthy
Please know, I am committed to giving my precious Emi the best possible medical care and so (in the end) have no regrets. I submitted the particular invoice to Nationwide for the recent visit and tests completed by the Nevada Vet Cardiologist (first time) which amounted to a cost of $1000.00. I did not expect to receive reimbursement from Nationwide for $880.00! I would have been more than ok to receive half the amount (which I chose to submit). You folks are so very special! I just wanted to say thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all you do, your continued support, commitment, professionalism, and kindness you have shown me throughout these many years. God Almighty Bless You! Gary Nakagawa

I’ve been very pleased with Pets Best…
I’ve been very pleased with Pets Best and take comfort and knowing that I will be able to afford care for my dog. It’s worth every penny. If you own a pet, you definitely need to have insurance and this company has been great!.

DO NOT EVER USE NATIONWIDE FOR ANYTHING…
DO NOT EVER USE NATIONWIDE FOR ANYTHING ESPECIALLY PET INSURANCE!!! Garret has pet insurance with them through his job and we just got notice that they are canceling the policy for our dog and cat on December 1st due to "rising cost" and "inflation". I will never use them again and never ever recommend them to anyone and I urge anyone that has them to switch.

HP pricing you out when your dog gets older.
I have had this insurance company for my 12 year old dog since she was 10 months old. I have had no claims or missed payments(132 of them). My payments were $69/month, then $139/month and this month $373!. Beware when you will probably need the insurance they are going to price you out of keeping it. It's cheaper to pay yourself since I'm sure they won't pay the whole bill anyway.

Not trustworthy
Not trustworthy. Do not consider it insurance, more just a discount plan. They never pay their full share, and usually delay any partial payments well beyond what is normal or customary. Not sure how I didn't read the reviews before getting into a policy.

You were once a great company
You were a great company. But when a company jumps from $600/yr to $1200, that's robbery. And one of my cats has never taken a cent from you. Never used up his deductible. The other cat was sick but - for the healthy one - I interviewed other companies that offer exactly what you do and they were $430 approx. So there is absolutely no good reason to stay with you. Unfortunately, my sick cat will have to stay because of his exiting conditions. But I would never bring a new cat to you. There is one company that with take pre-existing conditions at a great price but the first year you must go without any coverage for the pre-existing - and then you can get all the benefits.

Reimbursement
The only problem I have with the insurance was they didn’t pay near what my bill was. My bill was for $301 and I only received 110. On a good note I received my refund in a matter of days.
