I am extremely pleased with the claims process. First, I was counseled by my initial customer service rep to file the claims even though they were, in some cases, years out. I didn't understand the coverage and I was thrilled to not be penalized for my lack of understanding. Then, the actual process was fast, easy to understand, and efficient. I received my checks within 7 days of the whole entry. I couldn't be more confident in sharing Trupanion for my pet loving friends and family.
