Amazing cutomer service

I recently had a claim to file after losing our sweet Rufus. I reached out to discuss cancellation of my policy as i no longer had need for pet insurance. My conversation was with Daequan Williamsand he was incredibly helpful and compassionate to my situation. During that very difficult time he made my interaction as eady as possible. I very much appreciate him walking me through the process and giving mer my options.

Excellent pet policy!!!

Just to let you know, my experince it's excellent and since a while more excellence woth trupanion express. I practically mentioned you and the policy, 3 times in the week. Inclusive I show the people invoices and how to fill the application. Thanks a lot!!
