No better company to look after your pet family!
The folks at Embrace go out of their way to make each client feel as if they--and their fur babies--truly matter! My baby was diagnosed with canine lymphoma, and I was devastated. Especially after having lost my other angel to liver cancer earlier in the year. When my first angel left me, I received a sympathy card in the mail, signed by the entire Embrace staff. When my second girl started her chemo treatments, the claims staff went above and beyond to help speed the claims process along and keep her treatment plan moving forward. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing, thoughtful group of people! Keep up the awesome job!

Embrace has been wonderful
Embrace has been wonderful. Through the years we have covered four dogs. One received treatment for a mast cell tumor, including chemo. Our claims were covered with no issues. Our second dog fell ill, there was no hope. Our claims from those few days were covered as well. We have not filed claims for dogs three and four. I do not send in claims for anything small (under 500.00). We have three healthy doggies at the moment. I do question the big premium increase we had when we moved. This state's vet charges are far less. It doesn't make sense to me.
