Healthy Paws is awesome!
I rarely write reviews but Healthy Paws has exceeded my expectations in all regards. It is the the most amazing pet insurance, for that matter, any insurance that I have ever encountered. They are incredibly efficient, responsive, and caring. When was the last time your insurance company emailed to find out how you are feeling? Healthy Paws has reached out to me numerous times to find out how my dog is feeling. Their website is intuitive and easy to use. They follow up on claims very quickly, are very clear as to what they approve, and pay in a very timely manner. While my dog has had her share of medical issues they have not raised my premiums other than minimal increases. I really cannot rave enough about Healthy Paws. Definitely recommend
I pay A LOT for my premium but I signed my dog up as a relatively healthy 10.5 year old and this was one of the only companies that still offered 90% reimbursement for a dog his age. I have filed 2 claims and the first one took a while but they covered everything and the second one was processed in a matter of hours. I LOVE that they pay exam fees. I have heard that premiums go up exponentially when it’s time to renew so I’m a little afraid of that, but that’s several months out so I’m going to enjoy them while I have them. Definitely gives me piece of mind.

ASPCA lifted the weight of the world off my shoulders
ASPCA was there for me during the absolute worst couple of days, followed by the absolute best moment of my life! My best friend was hit by a car and disappeared for 4 days. After taking time off work, searching for her for 4 days, hiking through the woods in the middle of the night, and expecting the worst. She came home all by herself!! shattered pelvis and all! 3 days 2 nights in the vet, surgery and 2 screws needed in her hip drained my savings account and all right before vacation. Which was fine, take it all, I had my baby back. ASPCA made it SO easy to file a claim, and I was reimbursed for more than I ever thought possible. Faster than I ever thought possible! I recommend ASPCA a million times over. Best decision I’ve ever made! ASPCA made things so fast and easy in such a difficult time.

Unfortunately my Ruby had gastroenteritits requiring an emergency room visit and evaluation. I scanned the invoice into the app and received an explanation of payment and the check very quickly

No better company to look after your pet family!
The folks at Embrace go out of their way to make each client feel as if they--and their fur babies--truly matter! My baby was diagnosed with canine lymphoma, and I was devastated. Especially after having lost my other angel to liver cancer earlier in the year. When my first angel left me, I received a sympathy card in the mail, signed by the entire Embrace staff. When my second girl started her chemo treatments, the claims staff went above and beyond to help speed the claims process along and keep her treatment plan moving forward. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing, thoughtful group of people! Keep up the awesome job!
