They have paid everything I've submitted so far including rehab, platelet rich plasma injections, acupuncture and such. If they paid for maintenance/preventative chiropractic and/or acupuncture care they'd get 5 stars.

Embrace made a difficult time much easier...
Embrace made a difficult time much easier to work through with their helpful and transparent claims process. I uploaded my claims information via the user friendly web portal and had a response within 2 days, even to alert me that a document was missing (instead of ignoring the discrepancy and rejecting the claim as some insurances do). Once the claim was processed I received payment within 1 week and there were no hidden limitations to my coverage. Overall a great experience.

Member for 12 years with no complaints. Claims quickly assessed and payment issued. Always able to speak with an Embracer if needed. The only problem I have had was getting response to emails, but again there is always a real person available. If your furry person needs a special diet Embrace pays for it . My cat has many allergies, Embrace paid for 80% of the expense for skin testing which was $2,000 and all his medicines were paid for under the Wellness plan which is less than $19 a month. Yearly exams are covered in full if you have Wellness and any bloodwork is covered in full. My cat is a senior now and senior blood tests are $300to $400 and are covered by Wellness. This company offers dental with anesthesia and accident coverage as well as joint surgery. The initial waiting period when you sign up is 10 days. Can't say enough positive things about this company. They will pay your Vet directly which makes it easier all around. I never have to concern myself that I can't provide the care my cat needs, Embrace is there at a reasonable price.

Our chocolate Pomeranian Bear
My fiance and I decided to add a small chocolate Pomeranian to our family this year and he is an extremely curious little fella. He fractured his front leg a few months ago and it the team at Embrace handled the claim with spectacular customer service. Each representative I spoke with was kind, respectful, and caring!

Nice to know we have dependable insurance
We were concerned because our 1 year old Aussie was urinating when sleeping, so we had some test run which came back negative but was given antibiotics just in case. She is fine now, we send in out vet clam and with-in a week we had a reply and acceptance of the calm which went to the deductible but overall service and response time for the clam we are very happy with Pets Best insurance, hope we never need I but it's nice to know we have dependable insurance for our dog Shiba. Thank you Pets Best.
