Every Claim is Battle
My dog was itchy as a puppy, and so they denied a claim for hot spots a year later. My dog had diarrhea as a puppy so they denied a claim when she contracted giardia at 14 months. If you buy this insurance and you take your dog to the vet for anything before the coverage starts they'll find a way to deny your claim.

Great Customer Service
I had a claim submitted and there was a question regarding one of the items on the bill. The girl who was helping me in customer service took the time to explain the problem and helped me resolve it with my vet. She followed up at least twice with me to make sure I understood what needed to be done in order to get that charged paid by my policy.
