I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the response time.
I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the response time. We took Larry, our dog to ER on a Monday, called TruPanion on Tuesday, picked up Larry on Wednesday and by Thursday TruPanion has approved and closed the claim. Still haven't received the check but assume it will be forthcoming. I will set up direct payment for any future issues

Almost always a good experience with Trupanion but Owen really went above and beyond to ease my concerns over Journey's recent and possibly not so recent illness.

After explaining my situation to him, he recommended I submit two additional claims from previous visits because my vet is now thinking everything is linked to the same condition.
