Because of healthy paws I could save my cat.
The thought that I would need to euthanize my 1yo cat because of money was awful. Thanks for Health Paws and their amazing support and quick response I could get my claim pre-approved and proceed with the vet care. My cat had a urinary blockage that couldn’t follow a regular route of treatment and needed surgery and I can’t thank Health Paws enough for helping me in a such difficult moment.

One less thing to worry about
Our dog Gracie was in the hospital for over two days while the doctors tried to figure out what was wrong. Healthy Paws helped take care of Gracie's medical bills promptly and were very responsive when we had questions. It was one less thing for us to worry about which confirmed for us that we had made the right decision choosing insurance for our sweet girl who is now doing much better after many tests to determine the issue.

I couldn't ask for a better pet insurance company for our family
Nationwide is hands down the best pet insurance company there is. We have used others in the past that didn't cover nearly as much and the claims process was not easy to navigate. Nationwide has helped us on so many levels weather it was putting enduring the long 9 month process of chemotherapy for our boxer with lymphoma or our now current issue with our rottweiler that has had a spinal stroke and can not walk. Our claims are generally processed within a weeks times which is huge when the emergency bills totaled over $6500.00 and when is all said and done out out of pocket cost was about $700.00 it takes such a huge weight off to know that you have that support financially when your baby gets sick and you can just focus on what really matters, getting your pup better. The customer service is top notch and they are great answering any questions you may have and are available every step of the way. Only company i would use for all our veterinary insurance needs. thank you nationwide you have literally been a life saver twice in our home. Sincerely The Dome Family.
