Yaz was helpful, great, and informative. I’m only subtracting stars because the audio quality was horrible. The audio was very fuzzy, so it was hard to hear what Yaz was saying and I had to ask him to repeat himself many times.

Virtually all of my claims denied to to assumption of pre-existing condition. I will appeal based on the actual facts and will see if Pets Best honors the claims. Claims that were paid were deposited into the wrong bank account even though the correct information appears in my on-line account.
