I had a wonderful customer service experience with Fetch Pet Insurance today, thanks to Nadine. I needed to enroll 13 dogs, and because of some system issues, each policy required careful individual attention and adjustment. Nadine was incredibly kind, patient, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to help me work through every issue one by one and made what could have been a very stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I've been in the vet world for over 25…
I've been in the vet world for over 25 years and then the Animal related business as adog trainer for the last 23 years. I have Trupanion on one dog because My Dog has a pre-existing condition. I have the rest of my animals with Fetch. TodayI called to add another kitten and spoke to Aileen and she was so incredibly nice. This insurance is pretty amazing. They pay well. Their customer service is superior. I highly recommend this insurance company.

Multiple good experiences ....
Once you understand the process and the documents required, the process is very fast and effective. Their AI agents are well trained and the solicitations and condolences are appreciated. We started out with 4 pets (2dogs/2cats). Since that time, one cat passed and we've had some expensive issues with the dogs. MetLife was there for each of these occasions, providing the financial support needed so we could focus on the beasties.
