I have 2 6year old Ragdoll sisters. On their yearly vet check, it was noticed that they both had overgrown teeth. Long/short after getting an estimate from Trupanion and going ahead with the surgery it was discovered the teeth were so much deteriorating that originally seen. I didn't want to have to put my girls through a second traumatic experience so asked the vet to do everything needed while they were under anesthesia. Trupanion came through for us and paid for the additional work in a very sucent manner so I didn't have to wait around for approval of payment and the healing process could begin. I have already recommended Trupanion to 2 different person in the last 24 hours

First claims process
I feel that Trupanion followed through with what they promised. A lot of other pet insurance companies do not do that. While I did have one of my claims denied due to a pre-existing condition, it was clarified and I had no problem with that. My other 2 claims were approved for an illness and, I was grateful for that. It did take a little longer to process since it was my first time filing a claim with Trupanion. So far, Trupanion is proving to keep their word and that speaks volumes to me.

No Hassle Coverage!
