Great Coverage & Service
I have consistently had excellent experiences with Pets Best Health Insurance. We travel with our dog, who was injured last year while we were out of state. The peace of mind knowing her injuries were covered was wonderful. Two weeks ago, our dog was hospitalized, and Pets Best processed our claim in less than two weeks, paying for everything after the deductible with no problem. I have also called when I had questions, and their customer service is always knowledgable and compassionate. I recommend Pets Best to every pet owner I know!

Piece of mind during a difficult time
Our dog was so sick and we were fearful of him dying. With Nationwide Pet coverage we didn't hesitate to get him the most comprehensive tests and treatments because we knew we would be reimbursed with no hassle.

I can’t believe how quickly I get my reimbursement!
I have been using Nationwide/VPI pet insurance for many years. Unfortunately my dogs have had to have surgeries and medications that have been quite costly. I have always gotten the best customer service from this company and most importantly I have been able to receive reimbursements for just about every claim I have submitted!!

Chico’s GI is complicated
I love the ease of submitting a claim, your customer service personnel has always been very helpful, professional and courteous. We have spent a good amount of cash on Chico’s GI issues and for the most expensive ticket items I have To admit you’ve covered a significant portion of it!

NationWide is TRULY always on your side!!
I’ve had Nationwide for tests but never had to really use it until this year when my dog got injured. It was sort of a mystery injury and the regular vet couldn’t figure out what what causing her to lose use of her back leg. Luckily I found an excellent rehab facility nearby and after months of rehab and continuing treatment she is doing so much better! But this rehab comes at a price, a BIG price, we’ve probably racked up thousands in bills lately, and Nationwide has covered it all! I wouldn’t have been able to take her to rehab without their continued help and support! Every interaction with customer service has been wonderful, the claims submission is a piece of cake, and they pay In a timely manner. I’ve had another big name pet insurance for my older dog and it was nothing short of a waste of money and a headache. I will continue to use Nationwide going forward for all of pets going forward. Now if only there was a human insurance equivalent :)
