Sometimes I have to dispute the claim and I win - not sure what the problem is
Sometimes payment takes a long time - I would recommend but warn folks that you might need to dispute the claim. That should not be.

My Cat ate some Lilies that could be very poisonous and we immediately took him to the vet were he recovered nicely. Filing my claim was easy and was responded to immediately. Great customer service, communication.
