Dollie - The tiny liver shunt Persian.
I am so impressed and thankful I chose Trupanion. I purchased the sweetest Exotic Flat Faced Persian kittens and my little Dollie ended up having a liver shunt. Trupanion has supported me in medically managing my Dollie and with coverage should we have to do surgery which is very risky. Thank you Trupanion.

Very quick response from Trupanion
I have been fortunate to have my very favorite four legged girl with me for 9 years now and thankfully she is healthy. Discovered a lump on her nose and decided it was best to remove it to be safe. Filed my claim and received a partial reimbursement check a week later. Although it's not cheap, I feel much better knowing it's there for her.

Confusion.
I asked a question and the answer didn't explain what I asked about. I knew that xrays cost would not come up to my deductible but wanted to know If they would be going towards my deductable. The only answer I got was the cost of the spay and I knew that wasn't covered.

From the time I submitted Sassy's claim, I received frequent emails to keep me apprised of the status. It was easy to upload her records to your website rather than mailing them in. Payment was made promptly and without hassle. The only thing that I could be negative about is the fact that when you take your pet to the vet because they are sick or injured, the cost of the exam should be paid for as well as their treatment. That is part of their sickness evaluation. I know and agree that wellness checks are not paid for, but when they are sick, the doctor fee should be included.
