Don't know what I would do without Nationwide!!!
I truly would not know what to do without Nationwide Insurance! It has been a blessing. I would not have been able to afford to keep my pet had it not been for Nationwide. Coverage, customer service and reimbursement time is outstanding!

Thank goodness for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!
While on vacation, we got the call, the first day, that every pet owner dreads. Your dog needs emergency surgery. We were so thankful that we could make the decision to go with the best care options, knowing that we had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. They covered our bills, had the money back to us in very short order, and relieved a very stressful situation for us. Great to have such peace of mind.

True concern and support for my yellow lab.
My 7-year male yellow lab developed a soft tissue sarcoma (cancer) on the back of his left foreleg. It required surgery to remove it and was followed by radiation because it was so close to the bone. The veterinary oncologist said this was the best way to get the highest chance for non-recurrence. Our insuror, Healthypaws, was with us the whole time and provided the coverage exactly as promised in the policy and followed up with concern from the staff for the wellbeing of my best 4-legged friend and comapnion. I couldn't be more pleased. A great company!

The BEST thing you can do for your animal and yourself, with 1 exception
I've done a lot of research on different companies that offer insurance and getting pet insurance has been the best decision ever. Its saved us emotional and pocketbook trauma while in a scary time with our cat. For Figo, filing claims is easy and payout is quick. The customer service overall is very nice as well. My issue, and overall rating, with Figo was because of the way the claim was handled when we lost our cat to cancer. Upon filing my final claim for her cremation, they refused the claim. Even when I showed them it clearly states it is covered.... Apparently cremation is the disposal of 'trash' and not covered - which added insult to injury here, especially when they were so great up until then.
