Great customer service.
Trupanion needed additional information prior to finalizing my claim. They emailed me about it, but because I was so busy, I forgot to respond. They followed up with an quick call and we were able to resolve the claim that day. Very pleased!

When an illness or injury strikes it is a gift to focus on a cure rather than limit your options due to the financial burden so much of healthcare carries.
