First trip to the vet was a success!
Took our new puppy to the vet for the first time. The shelter we got him from had already done the shots, microchipping and neutering so we just needed a wellness visit and some medical guidance now that he finished heartworm treatment. Not only was he the happiest pittie at the vet, but he got a clean bill of health. Later that night I submitted my claim and inly Two days later got my explanation of benefits. I understood all of it- they covered $66 of the $82 I spent, but what wasn't covered was easy to understand (vet's visit is more than what we get covered in our policy). I had no questions and within A few days the money was direct deposited in my account. I hope that I don't need to use it again but feel good knowing it is there if I need it.
Great experience with first claim
I submitted my first claim after having Embrace insurance for my dog for 7 years. It was a very easy and fast process. The peace of mind provided by having insurance is huge benefit. It made the decision to have surgery for my dog a lot easier to swallow despite a large price tag. I definitely recommend and will continue to be a customer!

Pumpkin is extremely fast, however I have received only the one reimbursement when 2 were sent. Pretty sure it’s my post office but without a tracking number I have no way to figure out where that check is.
