At first I was very confused at how the insurance worked.

At first I was very confused at how the insurance worked. I have never made a claim and I have had the pet insurance for 3 years. My vet (Brian Melius at Met. Small Animal) explained it to me that I could claim my most recent vet visit. Charlie was experiencing some GI issues. I immediately called and spoke to a Trupanion rep. and they were extremely helpful. I will be submitting my claims from now on. Thank You!

Because I had a problem with Ella swilled a small peace of cloth because it was not a sock cotton it wasn't the same as a sock I was not happy with the answer I got told me it wouldn't do to fight not to honor the bill
