I've had Trupanion for 8 years.
I've had Trupanion for 8 years. Unfortunately I have had to rely on it heavily because my dog got a life threatening disease when she was two. You came through for us and continue to do so.

Every time I've contacted Trupanion I've been answered promptly and efficiently and reimbursement for my dog's medical issues has been processed quickly.

I don't feel as if Trupanion is trying to get around helping when my pet suffers; they make me feel as if they are sorry we've had a problem, and they are there to help fix it. They care.

Very responsive on claims. Did not realize when first contracted that monthly rates would increase so rapidly. This would lead me to look for different insurer with next dog.

Every illness has it's each deductible of high dollar amount so unless you have a major medical issue with your pet I feel your wasting your money.

I have had AKC Pet Insurance for more than a year now and am very happy with my decision. Two surgeries and one specialist on board has made this extremely helpful. My only grip is in owning a Great Dane I was surprised they did not cover the tack when I had her spayed. Owning a giant breed veterinarians have always recommended the procedure to aid in the prevention of bloat which is a fatal condition. Too I keep Brinn on heart worm and flea and tick preventative year round. With the weight requirement dose I found myself reaching my limit by the 10th month. There customer service representative Matt is awesome and his customer service skills are bar none. He is so knowledgeable and kind. Overall AKC Pet Insurance has taken great care of Brinn and I. Thank you and looking forward to many more years!

I've had Healthy Paws Pet insurance for years on my two small dogs and periodically i consdiered cancelling it. Every year the price went up a bit. After years of paying it didn't seem logical to keep going considering i had never tapped into the benefit! Wasn't sure i ever would. BUT, that all changed when Rocky my 12 year old mixed breed tore his Cruciate Ligament just in his regular daily routine! It got worse and worse and eventually he couldn't walk at all and went in for emergency surgery. The overall surgery, meds, doc visits and soon to be physical therapy undoubtedly cost a bundle! Around $6800.00 thus far. Thank god for Healthy Paws who covered 90%! I honeslty thought the claim process would be long and drawn out (afterall it's an insurance company!). WRONG, it was so quick so efficient. It was amazing! I undoubtedly recommend them! They are awesome! Rocky is doing great also, recovering and currently on week 4 of 8! GET INSURANCE for your DOG!

I am very happy with ASPCA pet insurance
As I said in my review title, I am very happy with ASPCA pet insurance. I have a 5 year old dog with a chronic illness who requires vet visits and ongoing medication generating frequent bills. ASPCA has made it easy to make a claim and are prompt in their reimbursement. I have never had an issue getting reimbursed. I have called ASPCA pet insurance from time to time and I have always been treated cordially and efficiently. ASPCA pet insurance has earned the 10 rating I gave them!
