Great customer service.
I had tried to enter a code for one month of free premiums but the code wasn't being accepted. I phone and spoke to a very pleasant man whom honoured the coupon despite the 24 hour period already expired. I was also able to lower my monthly fee with his assistance.

Krista went above and beyond in our phone call the other day. I was prepared for more of a sales conversation but we ended up talking about our pugs and it was just nice to actually talk to another pet owner and not to someone trying to ''sell' me more pet insurance.
