I don't submit claims often but every time I have (twice) the experience has been very easy with the online claim form and ability to link my invoice from my vet. The ability to have my claim processed quickly and the payment be sent directly to my bank account has been really nice. I have been very happy with my interactions and coverage.

Called to cancel our existing policy…
Called to cancel our existing policy that we had for 16 years. Was always very happy but the cost became not doable for us. The rep suggested we could take an accident only policy for $2800 for the year. We decided to do that and asked if we could still submit our claims that we had not previously submitted from this year., We were told we had 60 days only to submit our claims. That would have brought us to August 8th, 2025. Today we tried to submit our claims (July 6th ) and we were unable to submit. Im hoping tomorrow when their office opens we will be able to submit our claims as we cannot afford to lose a substantial amount of money due back to us.
