There is no way to truly express how much I appreciate Trupanion.
There is no way to truly express how much I appreciate Trupanion. When I have a question about anything, a real person answers the phone! A person who is friendly helpful and compassionate. At the time I am writing this statement, I have a dog in the hospital needing a spinal tumor removed. To have to worry about the bills can add a daunting cloud of stress on the already emotional and stressful situation, but NOT when I know that Trupanion will be there to help. I had to work with Trupanion just over a year ago with one of my other dogs that we had to let pass over the Rainbow Bridge, and not only did Trupanion make the bill claim process stress free, I received condolence cards personally signed by individuals at Trupanion whom I have never met. Just so amazing! They are true pet lovers! Big thank you to Kelsey who recently helped me and Jakob who was my first contact in setting up my policy. I tell everyone they need pet insurance and then immediately give them Trupanions number.

This is my first time utilizing TruPanion.
This is my first time utilizing TruPanion. I think a j have a better understanding of how deductibles work. Instead of deductibles per year, it's deductibles per condition /illness. Either way, I think it's extremely beneficial in the long run. The sooner you decide to get the coverage? The more ready you will be if the unthinkable happens! That's what insurance is all about!
