OMG, you will not get reimbursed without having paid for services that you cannot receive back from this company. I pay over 100 dollars a month for pet insurance through this company. You would think that they could find a real excuse for why they cannot process your claim instead of send an auto-reply out. However, you know what they can do exceptionally well? CHARGE YOU ON TIME. Go with another company or no insurance at all because this is a scam.
