Not much is covered
As much as my deductible is low. You don't cover most services and do not pay enough to make it worth it. Stuck with the insurance as long as my pup was with me but will choose other coverage and recommend other as well.

customer service was not nice didn't matter who I spoke to.
customer service was not nice, didn't matter who I spoke to. also, incredibly expensive compared to other plans and when I called to see if there was a way to lower my monthly fee, she actually laughed and told me it was going way UP because I had moved from CA to FL. Told me it was "my fault" for moving to the most expensive place for pet insurance in the country. uh, yeah - -I'm OUT.

Excellent Experience
Customer service was very knowledgeable, efficient, and quick to follow-up with emails. Hospital was able to submit my paperwork directly to Trupanion. They covered what they said they would. Reimbursement was very quick.
