I've been very happy with trupanion.
I've been very happy with trupanion. My vet works directly with them so it makes everything easy. Never had any problems getting them to cover the care that was needed. When ive had questions and needed to call I always got answers and the person on the other end has always been pleasant.

Re evaluate and reconsider
Pls re consider And re evaluate the term ''pre existing conditions.' Our dog had issues with his skin and yea before we enrolled with Trupanion. This is true. But, his skin and eye Have had issues from current situations and they have no connection with the past. Please re consider and be kind.

The agent was great.
The agent was great. She even understood and was patient that our intelligence was being lowered because of our situation. And I was thrilled that I could get the same thorough service on a Sunday afternoon as if it was the middle of a weekday. We needed very important information about the coverage of a very serious condition so that we could figure out what to do. It would have been very distressing--both for our feelings and for our cat's quality of life-- to have to wait until Monday. Instead, we got the info we needed instantaneously--on a Sunday afternoon!
