I have filed a claim that got denied instantly.
I have filed a claim that got denied instantly. i filed for an appeal on November 11th 2019 .. today's date is January 21st and my dogs appeal still hasn't been assigned to an appeals officer. I received 2 of the same emails asking the same questions about my dog yet still hasn't been assigned to an appeals officer. However despite this companies lack of speed Graham was very patient with me and helped me very professionally and properly.
