Trupanion has done everything they promised when I began coverage for my Bordeaux. I purchased the insurance to cover any ER situations and the plan did just that. My pup had an unexpected life threatening situation that required a complicated surgery. Trupanion covered 90% of the surgery and all the associated cost, even the special dog food. We look forward to continuing our relationship with this insurance company.
