I recommend Trupanion every chance I get. My friends and I have all had good experiences with our claims. Just now (1 am my time), I received very prompt service via Live Chat with Matt. It certainly wasn't an emergency (just a paperwork issue), but he handled my question and request for a duplicate email to document my claims approval very quickly. I appreciate that Trupanion is available 24/7 for any type of inquiry/issue.

The BEST

Trupanion is always fast in claim reviews and pays fairly. You can pick your own deductible. Unlike insurance for humans, you only meet a deductible for a specific illness or condition once per lifetime. I am a physician and spent 20 years working for an insurance company!
