4 days was all it took. I am a new pet owner and my baby had to go to the Vet. I was worried about the entire submitting a claim process, but it was seamless. I submitted it on a Friday by Wednesday my direct deposit came and SPOT covered more than I expected. It was seamless

There are some things I am happy with such as the convenience of submitting claims the direct pay option with our vet and the 24/7 live chat availability with customer service.
There are some things I am happy with such as the convenience of submitting claims, the direct pay option with our vet and the 24/7 live chat availability with customer service... but there are other things that I am not so happy about, such as the higher monthly rates compared to other pet insurances and the fact that the deductible is by a per condition/injury basis as opposed to per year basis. I haven't tried Trupanion for too long yet, so these are just my experiences and observations thus far.
