In the year that I've been with Trupanion it has been nothing short of amazing.

I need to use the "chat" option because of my job and I thoroughly enjoy that I get a live agent, quickly, who is knowledgeable, kind and concise EVERY SINGLE TIME. It is SO easy to file a claim with Trupanion! My claim was processed quickly and I received a very clear explanation of how benefits were calculated. The insurance-paid portion of the claim was deposited in my bank account in a timely manner.
