Lola is in good hands with Trupanion
It is not just one experience it is the every day high standard of service that, for us, has become synonymous with Trupanion. We have been with Trupanion for over ten years and their service sees improvements every year. We are now to the point where we get medications or whatever is needed and the vet's office simply sends the invoice online to Trupanion and within minutes or less, they come back immediately saying what they will pay and we pay the difference. I can't see why we would ever want to have coverage for our pet anywhere but with Trupanion.

Whenever I have a question they answer my call promptly.
Whenever I have a question, they answer my call promptly. The agents are very knowledgeable so I usually have my answer in a minute or less. Without Trupanion, I wouldn't be able to afford the surgeries that both of my dogs need/have needed. Thank you!

Quick Turnover
Claims are always dealt with in a very timely manner. Unfortunately our pup has many health issues which means we are at the Vets quite often. We have peace of mind knowing the claims will be handled.

I chose no 10 because would not be without Trupanion.
I chose no 10 because would not be without Trupanion. Having pet insurance is very important for your pet. Also, very friendly staff and very helpful. My mind is very much at ease if I have to take my pets to the vet with an illness because I know they will be taken care of. I would recomend Trupanion to anybody, because I believe np pet should be without this coverage
