worst customer service
fetch has to have some of the worst customer service out of any company i’ve ever used. i’ve been using them for over 3 years now and everytime there’s a question or anything it is the worst customer service experience.

Waste of money. They only offer coverage on emergency care and do not cover any preventative care.

Longer Processing Time - App Update Needed
Typically they are very straight forward and quick to finish claims. This time however it took longer, in part because I didn't have the full medical records to submit right away. I thought I could start the claim and then go in and add them when they came in. You can't. You can call customer service who will give you an email to send the records to which would have been fine had someone responded to the email letting me know they received them as the rep on the phone stated they would. My claim sat in the 'Queued' status for over a week. I ended up filing a duplicate claim with all the info included in the second claim. The second claim was noticed right away and that kicked the first claim into a processing status. Essentially I had to work around the system to get my claim processed even though the status said it would be worked on in the order it was received. Once it was kicked into processing the turn around was quick. Lesson learned: don't submit a claim until you have everything because it's not easy to go back and add information once a claim is submitted. That should be fixed.

Excellent Claims Service!
All good once you reach your deductible. I am very happy with the service and speed of the claims process.

Generally a very good investment.
Company lives up to its reimbursement promises, although it takes a while. If you can get someone on the phone, they are generally helpful, speak English well, and they are pretty knowledgeable. They have trouble when an unusual situation happens, like when my cat suddenly passed at home. They usually cover euthanasia if its' in your policy, but they did not cover the autopsy for my cat to try to find out what happened.

Submitting a claim super easy on line
Submitting a claim super easy on line. I switched to an accident only policy for my almost 13-year-old Corgi because of costs of illness policy and certainty that I would not treat cancer. I had one small claim denied when my dog stepped on a bee and had a reaction that troubled me enough to see my vet. Embrace said the reaction was medical, not an accident and denied the claim. Seems to me the bee sting was an accident. My bill was so minimal I did not pursue the finding.
