I paid for insurance for my 6 year old cat and was denied dental coverage 2020.
I paid for insurance for my 6 year old cat and was denied dental coverage 2020. If her teeth had been that bad in 2018 my vet would have suggested dental work. I disagree that she had a precondition and you would not cover the expense. I have cancelled her coverage therefore would not recommend your service to other people. Should I have any issues with my other cat I will cancel her policy.

READ THE SMALL PRINT OF YOUR POLICY!!!!!
Hi my 2 year old Chihuahua Amigo was diagnosed with allergies and all though Amigos blood work and allergy injections were covered and his 1st bag of hypoallergenic food was covered which was fantastic I was really disappointed ?? to find out when I purchased his 2nd bag of food that Amigo will be on for the rest of his life was not covered by Trupanion he is a Chihuahua a bag of food lasts him 3 months that would be 4 bags of food a year, not a lot of food with the monthly premium I pay Trupanion I see something's wrong with that picture ?? I DO RECOMMEND TRUPANION to everyone I know that has a dog especially a puppy to get pet insurance NOW before any issues happen with their puppy I pay a good premium EVERY MONTH because I chose $0 deductible ( my choice ) I am 60 years old and I hope that my best friend Amigo lives a long life ?? some day I will have to retire and I will want to keep my pet insurance going but when the day comes and I do retire I will have to make a choice, insurance payments or a bag of food? I will still recommend Trupanion to everyone I know but I must say I am DISAPPOINTED ?? that only '�1'� bag of food is covered for AGAIN MY BEST FRIENDS LIFE however long that may be. Hopefully a long long time ?? if I had a large breed dog that ate a large breed food every month for the betterment of his health I would perhaps understand the 1 bag but having said that I still believe I am paying insurance to cover the issues!!!
