I was pleased with the help paying for an expensive test. I wish there was better communication with the vets office so we can do a claim for every visit. This was the first claim paid for us on our pets behalf after 4 years of paying monthly premiums.

Pets best is great!
My cat was diagnosed with moderate to advanced heart disease and pets best has been there for it all. They have made the process for filing claims simple and it has really helped during this difficult time. The quick reimbursement helps too since we have had many, many doctor's appointments and medications. They aren't one of the insurance companies you have to fight with to get reimbursed. I've recommended them to a lot of my friends.
