Exceeded my expectations
We purchased insurance for our Lab puppy at 10 weeks knowing they like to put everything in their mouth and can get a blockage. Fortunately, we had no issues like that but we did have a very rare occurrence of an immune issue which was thousands in vet bills and we got every penny owed to us from Figo with zero hassles. We recommend them every change we get! Happily, after being sick and on meds for 9 months he is now a little over a year old and in remission.

I am so glad that I took out Trupanion…
I am so glad that I took out Trupanion on my Border Collie in 2012. I had people thank I was crazy but when Boaz quit eating and we had to do different tests to determine the cause; and then surgery. We are now at 3 month checkups. I did not have the stress of "how am I going to pay for this".....when they said something needed to be done, all I worried about was my boy. After the initial claim, the money was always in my checking account within a week. My policy also just renewed and it didn't even go up, which shows that it does go by breed, age and location. I can't say enough about Trupanion. I will never be without pet insurance. Am so appreciative. Thank you for the role the you played in saving my boy.

Thank you for everything
Thank you for everything. I would recommend this company to anyone with pets. My 2 year old sweet little dog needed surgery for a liver shunt and had major complications 2 days after surgery. She spent 2 weeks in intensive care. She’s cost about $13,000 in the last few months so far and it is such a peace of mind knowing she is covered with no limit for her condition. Thanks again

I never thought that my 4 hear old…
I never thought that my 4 hear old Cocker would need to be hospitalized for an awful condition like Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia - but she did. It came on suddenly and before we knew it she was in the ICU. We would never have taken a second to consider not getting her the treatment she so desperately needed but I knew we had Trupanion on our side so cost was less of an issue. Trupanion makes the claim process super, super easy! They do very rapid responses to let you know they got the claim info and they processed it all in about a week. We were amazed and tremendously grateful. They paid what we expected and it has made the whole ordeal so much easier. Luckily, our puppy daughter is back home and doing great. Thank you to the talented vets who took care of her and thank you to Trupanion who took care of all of us. :) If you are looking for pet insurance look no further than Trupanion, they are the best!

Thank God for Healthy Paws
