Terrible
Terrible. Took well over a month to get it processed, low transparency on why they elected what they did. They issued and sent a check without any confirmation about where I wanted that to be deposited and sent so I have yet to even receive the very small amount they offered. I took my dog for an emergency And they are barely paying anything. I am so unsatisfied I’ve messaged them and not heard anything back.Do not recommend.

Spot insurance has been very reliable…
Spot insurance has been very reliable when it comes to processing and paying claims. The claims process is very easy, albeit sometimes time consuming if, like us, your pet has a lot of issues and therefore you have a lot of claims. The claims have always been processed very quickly. I insured my dog with Spot when she was only 6 months old and I have been very pleased with the service during the past two years. I'm extremely happy I chose Spot to insure my dog.

Very pleased and now I don't have to make a life or death decision on money
"I was concerned that a previous unrelated hospitalization would be used as an excuse not to pay the claim. I spoke with an agent before I bought the policy if this would be an issue and was told no but there are no guarantees. I was very pleased that this was in fact the case. It is a great ease of mind that I don't have to decide whether my beloved Daisy lives or dies based upon money.
