Life saver for owners English Bulldogs

I have been waiting since 12/7 for a claim to be addressed.
I have been waiting since 12/7 for a claim to be addressed. In is still in review and I have called 3 times concerning this. I am new to the company and everyone has been pleasant and attentive but I'm concerned if this is the usual situation that I will encounter when submitting claims. I will be happy to change my score once the claims have been addressed.
